Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the cozy items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
